Terms & Conditions

1. A signature is required on delivery (or instructions on where to leave the goods safely), MyMarket.co.nz does not take responsibility for any goods that are not signed for.

2. If an incorrect item was delivered to you, MyMarket.co.nz will replace it without charging you for delivery as long as the item is unused, and unopened.

3. Please make sure to place separate orders for different delivery addresses.

4. Alcohol will ONLY be delivered to registered customer who can provide proof of age (such as birth certificate, driver licences or passport). These items are unable to be delivered to any other recipient and requires the registered customer’s signature. It is clearly stated in our terms and conditions that customers must be over 18 years old to buy alcohol or tobaccos.

*** Alcohol and Tobaccos will only be sold to 18+ years old. If you are not 18+ years old please do not place an order for alcohol, because we will not deliver it to you and it will take up to three weeks to organise your refund.

*** Due to high sales volume, if we run out of the purchased item we will send out a product of similar quality.
